		<description>The reason I didn't send the email is because I didn't want to deal with the flame-fest that would have inevitably followed when dealing with irrational people like him.

My final email to him:

There is no software program used to upload pictures.  The application
presents a Flash user interface to upload to the Java backend.  You
have all the source code for everything (including the uploading &#038;
Flash interface).  You're Chinese business partner should be able to
see this from the code.
