I constantly have a feeling of stagnation, a feeling that I&#039;m not really progressing - sometimes what it takes is a fresh set of eyes. Look outside of the goals you want to achieve and see if you have improved your skillset or yourself in ways you didn&#039;t intend. Where I work now I came in as a regular field technician... my skills in fixing pcs haven&#039;t improved all that much, but I have definitely improved greatly in the last few years... just in different areas.
